1. Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Contract (“Terms and Conditions”) govern access to and use of the website www.bakesandblendspt.com (“Site”), owned by Svetlana & Yuliya, Lda (NIPC 518659615), a limited liability company headquartered at Urbanização Portela da Vila, lote 15, 2560‑573 Torres Vedras, registered with the Lisbon Commercial Registry under number 20250305.
These Terms apply to all users who browse the www.bakesandblendspt.com website, as well as to all commercial transactions carried out there.
The Site provides the public with an online store selling pastry products produced and marketed by Svetlana & Yuliya, Lda.

2. Conditions of Use
Svetlana & Yuliya, Lda reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, whenever deemed necessary. Any changes will be posted on the Site.

3. Product and Pricing Information3.1 Product Information
Each product listed in the online store is properly identified with its name, description, list of ingredients, image, and retail price.

3.2 Pricing Information

• Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable legal rate.
• Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are added to the total value of the selected products.
• Customers will be informed of the total cost before confirming their order.
• Svetlana & Yuliya, Lda reserves the right to change prices at any time, always applying the price in effect at the time of purchase.
• In the event of a computer or other error causing a substantial change in the price, the order will be deemed invalid and cancelled.

4. Purchasing Process4.1 Registration
To place an order, you must register on www.bakesandblendspt.com by completing the online form as instructed.

4.2 Purchase and Delivery

• Once registered, you may purchase products from the online store.
• Payment is made at the time of purchase.
• Orders may be delivered to the Bakes & Blends store or to the address specified by the customer, during business hours and subject to availability (confirmation required).

Store opening hours:
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Online delivery hours:
Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Someone must be present to receive the order. If delivery cannot be made, we will attempt to contact the customer by phone to reschedule.
• If delivery cannot be completed within one day for reasons attributable to the customer, delivery will be considered impossible, and no refund will be given.

4.3 Product Availability
All products are subject to limited stock and may become unavailable without prior notice.

4.4 Payment Methods
We accept payment by credit card, MB Way, and bank transfer.

4.5 Shipping Costs
Delivery costs to the customer’s address are calculated on an individual basis.

5. Liability
All products sold comply with applicable Portuguese legislation.
Svetlana & Yuliya, Lda is not liable for damages arising from technical failures, interruptions, or other issues beyond its control.

6. Returns and Cancellations
Products purchased cannot be returned, except in cases of proven damage or delivery error. In such cases, products will be exchanged or refunded upon collection and presentation of photographic evidence.
Requests for exchange or refund must be submitted via email to bakesandblendpt@gmail.com, indicating your full name, order number, preferred option (exchange or refund), and photos of the product.
Order cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing the order and must be communicated via email or telephone.
In accordance with Decree‑Law No. 7/2004 of January 7 (as amended by Decree‑Law No. 62/2009 of March 10 and Law No. 46/2012 of August 29), Svetlana & Yuliya, Lda reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any order in the event of a programming error, computer malfunction, or if the contractual proposal is not received as intended.

7. Termination
Without prejudice to any other contractual or legal responsibilities that may apply, Svetlana & Yuliya, Lda reserves the right to immediately cancel, without prior notice, any user accounts or registrations that violate these Terms and Conditions.
Users will be liable for any damages, of any nature, that Svetlana & Yuliya, Lda may incur, directly or indirectly, as a result of failing to comply with any obligations under these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy regarding use of the Site.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
Svetlana & Yuliya, Lda is responsible for processing the personal data provided by customers via www.bakesandblendspt.com.
Data collected is used for order management, communication with customers, statistical analysis, and compliance with legal obligations.
Data will be stored for the legally required period and protected using appropriate technical and organizational measures.
Customers may exercise their rights to access, correct, delete, object, or request portability of their personal data by emailing bakesandblendpt@gmail.com.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
11.2 For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation, validity, or execution of these Terms, the parties agree to submit to the courts of the district in which Svetlana & Yuliya, Lda has its registered office, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
11.3 In the event of a consumer dispute, the customer may refer the matter to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity. More information is available at www.consumidor.pt.
11.4 In accordance with Portuguese Law No. 144/2015 of September 8, consumers are informed that, in the event of a dispute, they may contact the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center for their geographic area.
